Whats going on AFN? Been quite some time since I've popped in let alone popped any Beans. I'd like to apologize for just dropping off the Face of Earth to the few I talked to daily life just got in the way.

I currently have 5 Purple Trainwreck and 6 Cherry Bomb Clones I just flipped to 12/12.
They are in recycled Sunshine mix in 3 gal pots. Didn't really Veg these out to be big as I just needed some smoke.

Recently just did a order for some seeds so you'll see some Dutch passion Think Bigs and a few others here in near future getting Popped.

As for lighting I'm running my Mars 1600w That is half burnt out. I'm trying to decide if I want to go with these COBS I'm seeing or just buy a new ballast and Bulb for my 1000w HPS. But leaning towards the Cobs.

The space is cooled by A/C and completely sealed I did some remodeling to the old room I built.

Nutes I'll be using for the first time will be Cutting Edge Solutions

Will get some pics up here shortly

Get Cobs. Good ones like Citizen or Cree. Not even that expensive. They are so much better than HPS. You can literally turn the spot under the kitchen sink to a cob spot. Game changing tech. Plus they last like 10 years. Its the future of grow lights for sure.

Ditto. I've only done two grows to date, but between my first (Mars Hydro 300w x 2) and my second (autocobs x 2) I'm sold on the autocobs. Better light quantity, much less electricity, greater flexibility/ease of adjustment in the tent. I don't know about other cob brands, but my autocobs were a totally worthwhile investment.

(disclaimer - not affiliated in any way with @BigSm0 or his autocobs other than being a happy customer. all opinions are my own, etc, etc.)

That's the Citizen cobs. Fun fact, Citizen cobs is the same company that makes $10k watches for movie stars. The Autos are Citizen 1812s with a 55-60w power supply. In one convenient unit. On a string. All the good cobs are pretty similar, besides the size of the frame of the cob itself, the amount of Voltage required to light them. 36v for some Cree and Citi 1212s, 50v for Citi 1812 & 1818 and 72v for other Cree lights. Volts x Amps = watts, so its nice to have options between the different units. The 72v cobs require half the amperage of a 36v cob to put out the same power. Say u wanted to hit 72w. You would need 1.0 amp or 1000mA from the 72v one....But 2.0 amps or 2000mA on the 36v to hit that number. 50-60w seems to be a REAL happy place to run the Citizens. They are 50v, so a 1050mA driver gets em at 52.5 or so, give or take a watt. Basically use the 240 to run 4, the 320 to run 5 or 6 and a 60 for one...120 for two. Cobs are great.

Day 4 of 12/12

Gave a feeding today.
Micro - 8ml per Gallon
Grow - 8ml per Gallon
Bloom - 5ml per Gallon

The HSO Purple TrainWreck are looking good and have all thrown pistils as well as the Bomb Seeds Cherry Bomb.

Also put in a Temp controller in so the A/C isn't running 24/7.
