Bud rot?

Hi everyone, I have a single auto blueberry I’ve doing outside, it has about 3 weeks left till harvest, on the main cola only I’ve noticed what looks like bud rot, my question is do i it remove the bud rot now or after I’ve chopped down not sure how to go about it, thanks for any advice.

cheers mate was just worried it would cause further damage picking the bud
