thanks IJ.! the buds look much denser up close without a doubt... i tried to get as close as possible with my cam phone without touching them because i didnt want to get my lens all sticky lol.! now those colors, i did some research on that because i was thinking it was a lack of something i wasnt giving it... it turns out that its do to colder temps in the grow room itself.! the temp falls quickly during the 4 hour shut down... when my LED shouts down the temp will fall from 70 to in the low 50s lol therefore turning the leaves into a purple color.! i guess thats the way the plant says "i'm fuckin cold dude" lol

Hahaha as I was reading your reply I did one of these :slaps:. I do remember learning about plants changing colors with sudden temperature changes. Everytime I look at your plant, I get overwhelmed with excitement knowing that I'm doing this plant in a DWC/SCROG. Shit I'm glad you didn't chop her......you can tell she still has some swelling to do!

I used to bother with the pocket microscope thing, and its kind of cool, but now I just go by how the plant looks. Seriously you could harvest now, but I like to wait until most of the hairs are withering or withered. My BM I grew last summer kept throwing new ones so if yours is like that, you could let her go for a while still... She should fatten up quite a bit in the next couple weeks, keep posting pics!

lol i'm glad i didnt chop early too.! i almost did though... but yeah man growing a Magnum DWC/SCROG style is going to be awesome to see bro.! you should get better results doing it that way... post some pics bro.! i think ThaGreenBandit is going to do the same (DWC/SCROG) i'm looking forward to seeing some pics.! my next grow will be candy kush DWC... thats my preferred method of indoor growing... i just get better results that way

Would like to see some pictures of how she is doing now.... Fairlynew, how did your outdoor plants turn out? Were you impressed with the potency and yield? How large did they get for you?

Yea man it was great plant to grow outdoors my friends thought i had a indoor crop going. I will never forget my one friend needed a nap before he went home but in his defence he had hour and a half drive lmao

Good thread guys. I've just ordered some magnums. If they get here in time, should be able to get them going by late jan / early feb (summer here), outdoor grow and harvest in line with photo time here. very excited

ok guys here's the update.! i started the flushing process 5 days ago and will harvest/chop in 10 more days from now...! this will put the 'Magnum" at 100 days... she's done doing all she can do, and the smell she's giving off is wicked man.! i tell no lies the smell makes my mouth water every time i accidentally get it on my hands or just in the tent with it lol i'm gonna post some pics when the yellowing leaves are stripped off...! i'm getting really excited about harvest time.! whoo hoo.!
