This grow is fairly far along some buddha and some sweet but both are auto fem mix the seeds were planted on dec. 4th and others dec. The 17th or maybe a day or two later here's a few pics of a couple plants planted on Dec 4th the pics are of the best females who have at least 5 or 6 main collas while others haven't even started flowering or have yet to take off like these

how many more weeks do u think it will be before it's an optimum harvest

I personally think 4-6 more weeks if not longer but I'd like other people's opinions and input on my grow....also I have a really bad gnat infestation where a spiral stick trap gets filled in 5-7 days but I've already ordered nematodes and they should be here in 5 or so days

4+ weeks till there done, and if the others haven't flowered yet, they are probably photoperiods.

Gnats thrive in wet environments, the trick is to run things on the dryer side in order to interrupt their development cycle, as if you can have your exposed soil be dry for awhile and to a decent depth it prevents the gnats from laying eggs, and if they cant lay eggs it means no more gnats in the future. I use to get them occasionally when i was organically but i found that if my soil was healthy it was never a problems, when things were out of whack and not healthy they then had the chance to try and take over.

Airpots are a bugger for gnats - due to the higher soil surface area and hiding places.

But as per @Mr. Sparkle lower humidity in the top layers (and overall) - some careful watering - you could try bottom watering - putting the pot in a reservoir to soak up water rather than top watering the pots and then let them drain out, and a judicial use of a small (car/indoor tent hoovering device daily - to suck up hatched Juvenal 'runners' I call them cause they have no wings yet - and you should be able to stop infections within 10 days without resorting to chemicals.
