Bug problem

I'm lookin on grow weed easy and lookin at the buga and im thinking it's thrips

I cant get pic of bugs as they too small, some are bigger and walking others are smaller and worm looking, they move quite fast around

And they all on the flowering plants too fs

I'm lost for what to do never come across this before

I'm going to go to the local hydro shop and try pick some stuff up for them not sure what to do with the flowering plants though

Maybe do a 1:5 ratio of hydrogen peroxide to water, and spray them? It works for gnats, 90% of the time. And the plants love it for Some reason.

Iv just got back from shop and this was best I could find, about spraying flowering plants though, this says you can buy im guessing that's for vegetables etc

I got plants literally a few weeks away from harvest I don't want to spray this on them to be honestzbut what is it either that or throw them away and start again
