Indoor Bugs in my rain water... :-/

Right i'll get straight to it, i have a a large container which is for collecting rainwater and it appears to have a fair few little things swimming around in it. At first i assumed this would be a bad thing however after some more consideration i'm not so sure as surely they would die when out of the water perhaps even enriching nutrient levels in my soil... any thoughts???

Hey man, chances are there some kind of insect lava so sounds risky! will have to wait for a more experienced grower to chime in though :thumbs:

Yeah that's what i'm worried about...

If it is warm it might be misquito larva.Maybe just use a screen when you fill your water container up to screen them out. I am not sure it will hurt anything or not.Only thing i would worry about is if it changes the waters ph level.That you can check.
