BUGS!!!

I thought these were ok. Now I'm not sure. I 1st found them in the avocado shell in my worm bin. Then the clover seedlings in my living soil mix died. I figured they were cold, lacking light, etc. I have a potato growing in my worm bin. The roots are beautiful and there are none of these on the leaves. A couple on the roots (very few). There are no bugs on my cannabis leaves. Please help diagnose. Please help with mitigation if bad.

I think I posted flower pics to the bug post. Looks like you posted the bugs for me.. really stressed out.. bugs, harvest, work, corona (not me just corona in general) so yes these are the bugs.

.... looks like soil mites to me, harmless to the plant fortunately! What is that they are on, starter cube of some kind?

Again I have no bugs at all On any leaves in my house. These are only in/on the soil. The worm bin probably has a few hundred thousand of these bugs but my potato roots are magnificent. The few bugs on my potato roots do not seem very interested in the roots. They love the meat in the avocado shells
