Yes you should actually try this. You can run one cob to see if it’s a driver problem.

Lighting Building my own COB, need help !

Never expected so much light from 151 Watts 
I think one holder didnt fit properly so i need to wire the other 2 COBs up and look if im right 
Happy it worked. Process of elimination.
As for the 151 watt brightness bit.... don’t feed info off of photo period forums for light recommendations unless you plan on growing photos. You can tell cob wattage is a lot more impressive than you probably ever imagined. With autos you will find that less is more.
