Extraction butter seperated?

Just did my 2nd batch of butter and it came out weird. Did the water boil method. Pulling it out of the fridge this morning it had 3 layers water on the bottom and 2 distinct layers of butter, soft on the bottom hard on the top.

What happened and is it all usable?

Unless it is gross go for it. Dont look that bad, did you use lecithin?
 
It's probably just moist from sitting on the water. Give it a day or 2 to dry out. If it doesnt then spread the soft stuff on toast and call it a day lol
 
melt it and give it a good mix and recool
see if it happens again
if all else fails try it out as it is.
