Calcium def not going away w/ calmag?

Ok I really do not know what to do. She is getting way worse. Today I fed her and she immediatelly got worse. I suspect that even though the run off is at 6.2, the soil might actually be low and locking out calcium. What can I do to raise the ph? I have read that using ph up can damage the soil microorganisms. I dont even know how she will survive until harvest. Here are the photos:

what was the input pH, and was it just water, unadjusted? this is why straight run-off isn't a good measure of in-pot pH, any such altering will skew results; is your ph meter recently calibrated?
...... that it worsened after feeding tell me there's still some sort of lock-out happening,... pH isn't the only way this can happened as mentioned, too much Ca-Mg can screw with uptake of several other nutes,... something is snowballing here....
Still ,looks mostly like P defc.,.... did you get any ppm readings on the run-off?

I have not recently calibrated so maybe the reading is not accurate, but I have just tested it on a calibrating solution of 7.0 and it read 6.85, so maybe it underestimated ph by a bit. The thing is, last time I have not used calmag, and it still got a bit worse. Could it be overwatering? I have not read ppm...

meter is close enough, which is good,...
,.... this isn't a Ca or Mg issue, so that's in part why,... I'm puzzled as to why it worsened immediately after feeding, even after that flush,....
again, what was the input pH when you took that 6.2 run-off reading? Was is a feed solution? If so, the results are garbage.... a very rough calculation may conclude that the pH is too low, locking out P,... Since the feeds have been light, plus the flush, I'm betting other things are getting defc. now,... likely micronutes, which would probably be a lack-of type defc., most of those are fine for availability even under low pH,...
You can try a micronutrient supplement, like Earth Juice Microblast... but that in-pot pH is still the key, you must use plain water unadjusted to get any sort of rough reading.... which brings us back to saturating the soil all over again, not a plus at this point,...

I may have overlooked something else. I am using a liquid dropper and a drop to mL table to measure my nutrients. Could that be messing with my nutrient levels?
I just went to the pharmacy and asked for a few oral syringes. I use those to measure my nutes.

Actually yesterday I flushed her once again, and now it does not seem to be getting worse. The ph was at 6.2 after flushing only with water . the plant has little green leaves now though. I guess she will just have to survive
