I can't seem to wrap my mind around sb219...it says 12 immature plants or 6 mature...Idont get it...so can Ihave 6 immature and 3 mature at the same time...are they saying one or the other...someone plz educate me...hahaha

I think it varies from area to area in CA. Different cities/countys put in different laws and sometimes they over lap and conflict. In Irvine I think your allowed six mature plants. In nor cal you get a 10x10 space up to 99 plants (above that's where feds care). Once you are dealing with out side crops and co-ops and collectives the laws get even more hazy. Generally you are going to be more restricted in a city then out side of one. So alot of it depends on where you want to set up and who got elected as district attorney there.

So Ihave become legal...what's that mean!? Well I spoke to my local sheriff...and asked him point blank. He said there are few things...1) don't let anyone know...just cause yer legal doesn't mean its show time...(DUH!) B) we won't bust.anyone that is w/ in their legal right...which is 12 plants...if there are 2 carded patients w/in the home...no more than 24...and so on...the D.A. won't even prosecute anything w/out an excessive reason...he also said that he had been called out to homes (by neighbours) that in their backyard the garden was visible...and they were w/in their rights...and because they were there was nothing he could do...to have the same people call federal authorities and the grower be prosecuted in a federal court...I don't necessarily believe that story but I suppose it possible.
