Lighting california lightworks 550 light schedule

hi all
just got 2 california lightworks solar system 550s for my 4x4x6.6 ft tent.
is this a good amount of light or is it overkill?

I am really hoping someone out there has perfected the light schedule for autos.
like *optimum light on hours
* hanging distances to canopy
* seedling vege flower amounts of what colour light to program

am hoping to use a winning formula.
would be greatly appreciated

It does seem excessive for a 4x4, I am running one of the same lights, was in a 3.25x3.25 now in a 5x5, one light is good for 3x4 I'm flower I think
Pretty sure it says 18inch closest to canopy, and now I can't remember if I have the other 550, I had to get a controller for mine to do anything good with it
