Hello family. Just what the title says haha. I have some seedlings at 6 days i was wondering if i could let them sex in the cups without stunting them then do tier transplant or should i transplant now? They are 6 days old.

I would say no. I wouldn't... Autos can auto anywhere between 11-32 days depending on strain.. Hell my last Auto Bubblicious didn't show sex til 42 days and it was in a 2 gallon grow bag... So in my opinion you would stunt them. Next time try a 32 oz or 44 oz cup. You can tier transplant now if you like. For sure.
Great advice bro thanks. Your right, I got a stunted stone dragon right now that didnt show til day 26. I'll use the 32 oz Styrofoam cups next round. 10 stone dragons im trying to decide whether to transplant in 1,2 or 3 gal.

Autos n transplanting??? not the best option.....better start them in jiffys n then after rooted direct in the Big pod. Every Transplant will give them a Schock and they dont have the Time for recovery,so simple start them direct in the end pods.

Transplanting is fine as long as the roots aren't damaged or disturbed too much in the process. I start all my plants in 1/2 gallon juice containers and transplant after they sex. Within 24 - 36 hours they are back to growing normally. I find the juice containers work great. They are big enough that the plants aren't stunted and allow more frequent feeding than seeds sown directly in large pots.
