First grow ever........ started a little later than expected which forced me to ask a very good although clueless friend to watch my babies for me while I was gone for the holidays for 3 weeks.
So I felt that the babies were probably going to start flush before I got back.... my friend had no way of sending pics (ie....CLUELESS!!!!!!!!) so I went by his observations of the babies to judge when to start flushing. Flush was started 1 week ago (Jan 30th).
When I got back I found that the yellowing on the leaves he was talking about was largely heat stress (i confirmed this when he told me at one point they were only 5 inches (12.6cm) from the light!!! although one of the plants appears to have another issue...... the smaller guy in the pics looks like he might have some kind of deficiency or something.
Anyway judging by the existing leaves I would say it doesnt look like it needs to start flush just yet but........ Im a begginer any input?
The only thing that might change my mind on this is the fact that all of the large 5 and 7 finger fan leafs are gone and I never got to see them. one plant still has some white hairs too.
Also the roots are lookin brownish... almost like a light rust color. the led flash on my cam makes them look alot lighter then they are.
so IF the plant should still be on nutes can they be re-introduced considering they have been on flush for a week?
