Problem: leaves are canoeing/ tacoing

Medium/grow method: Roots Organic, 3 gallon pot

Feed: and supplements used: water only for 4 weeks, 1/2 strength Fox Farms lone since

water source: Tap, well. Ph’s at 6.3 before any nutes added. I usually feed around 6.5

Strain/age: Candy Kush 35 days

light used: Amare SE300

Climate: in a tent, 72-76 degrees daytime, 62-65 at night. Humidifier in tent set to 45%

Additional info: as you can see it’s not looking good. It hasn’t been overwatered. I tried moving the lights away a few inches and no improvement.

Soil PH is currently 6.0. Also it finally showed it's first white pistols 2 days ago, slow to show sex and flower

Sure looks like she needs water.
It was watered 2 days ago and according to pot weight and my soil moisture meter it is still pretty moist in there. I'll gladly water it again but I don't want to make the problem worse by overwatering

Ok,if your sure it is fully watered and you have proper drainage and no water in your runoff tray than it could be to wet but a plant that size usually won't act like that to over watering.Just let her dry out a few days and see if she perks up and if not than we'll have to check the roots for any problems.

How easy would it be to gently tease her out the pot to have a sniff at the roots, make sure they don’t smell nasty, lookin at her looks over watered, wait till its light as fuck in weight then give here a slow water makin sure u get some run off,it’s hard because u think she will be thirsty, they should be proper light really light(weight) I remember once when I start growing,I was due to water and couldn’t get to them for 2 days,I thought everything would have been dead, they were droopy and a couple of bottom leafs fell of,I water with supperthrive plenty water,1 hour later they had all perct up,some times handy to have a pot of dry soil in what ever size ur growing in,just till get a proper feel for how light it could be
Hope that helps a little

Thanks for the reply. I’ve been trying to be very careful about overwatering as that was my biggest weakness in my first couple grows. I will let it dry out completely though and have a look at the roots.
It does seem to drain well when I water and I never leave the runoff tray under it.
I’ll report back in a couple days. Thanks guys

hey Carp'- how far away are the lights now, and before adjusting? Is this leaf posture there constantly or mostly during dark?.... to my eye, the petioles (leaf stems) are angled about right, but the leaves are bowed downward,... not the usual too wet/dry posture, that has droopy stems as well,... In any case do not let it dry out completely, that will hurt the roots, drive pH off range, and may trigger other symptoms,...

Hey Waira, thanks for checking in. Lights were around 18”, now they are 22” and no change. I’m thinking about moving the lights to 26” to see if it perks up.
I will not let it dry out completely. Soil PH is currently good. I kinda want to defoliate it a bit. She’s dense with leaves.
Here it is this morning about 10 minutes after lights on for the day. I’ll post some pics this afternoon for comparison.
