So the bamboo stakes came in today. 4 were broke out of the bag but thats not a big deal, I didn't even need half of the 24 for the Slurricane

Net is down, plant is staked up. Felt like i was tearing apart velcro as I pushed the narrowest ends of the poles in though. Hopefully its not a setback. She looks like a proper plant again not some flopped over messy looking girl. Plus I wanted the net OUT. I broke off enough trichs putting it up, thank got it was way easier to take down.

Just a little update. Watering twice a day now in 5 gals so I think from now on I may bump up to 7 gal bags. Or if Im only doing 2 plants I may just use my 10s. Gonna start using straw to cover my pots too, they are just drying out too quick and its impossible for me to keep up. Watering about 1/4-1/2 a gallon as soon as the lights come on and then the same amount before leaving for work about 4-5 hours later. No runoff and every day the first 2-3 inches of soil has become hydrophobic. Plants are handling it well and still bulking up, got about 2-4 weeks left depending on how the trichs mature, mostly clear still some sugar leaves have a lot of amber though.

Yeah that or a gravity fed res and drippers on automation but then theres learning the automation. Autopots seem easier.

So Im working early today and tomorrow and hopefully that dont bite me in the ass. Pots are still pretty heavy, to the point where I think watering right now would be almost pointless. Im just working early the today, tomorrow and I will be at work on Saturday when the lights come on so theres a good chance they will go 36 hours between Friday morning and Saturday afternoon with no water, but hey maybe that stress could pump out extra trichomes, not that either need it.

Snapped a few pics this morning when I was checking out the water situation. Cola shots some were for checking maturation but they all turned out well so I thought I would post them first set are the Forbidden Jelly and the second are obviously the Slurricane #7

Just realized on my break I never made a weekly threadmarked post.

Nothing to really report, buds maturing well. Pistils have started turning orange and receding on both plants. All I really got is some pics. First set is Forbidden Jelly colas and full plant and the 2nd is the same for the Slurricane #7 S1.

One thing I do have to water multiple times a day so Im giving them water when the lights come on and before leaving for work. Taking about 1 gallon a day

I forgot to add, I snipped off a couple lower buds off each plant. The really low larfy stuff. Super frosty on both plants. Did a little flash dry in the microwave on low power. Took about 4 minutes to get to the dryness you can light and let a bowl roll. Gotta admit, both girls terps are so concentrated it overpowered the grassy hay-like taste. You could still taste it but you could also taste a distinct powdered candy (like fundip or shocktarts) from the Slurricane, and the Forbidden Jelly had the classic candy/fruity pebble flavor like last time. These 2 should be delectable when fully cured. The high was out of this world, cant really say between the 2 because I packed both into a single bowl, but these buds were not ripe at all and I was blasted into outer space after smoking the bowl. Can't wait to see what a mature bud is like

Well its official. The plants are coming down Saturday. For some reason my camera is not cooperating but trichs on the buds are very close to all cloudy. Very little amber here and there, a few more days and the buds should be perfect

More confirmation that my girls are almost ready. They started drinking very slowly. Past 3 weeks been watering about a gallon per plant, per day, today pots were still pretty heavy and run off started after ¼ gallon. Pistils receding all over now. Lowers, colas....everywhere.

Boy does this tent smell fantastic. You got a grape heavy fruity pebbles smell coming off one and the slurricane has developed some SKUNK, no real sweetness anymore just skunk and gas, and damn does it smell good. Even with my exhaust I still catch faint whiff throughout the house, especially after coming home from work

Took a few pics but nothing special.

Yes theres some very crispy leaves. But the stem is still anchored to the branches pretty solidly, so Im leaving them.
