cant fix this problem need help

As soon as I get a fresh bag of soil I open and run a test with my accurate 8 soil ph meter and then I double check with a soil slurry test using my liquid ph meter.To do a slurry test you add 1/2 cup soil to 1 cup water,wait 1/2 hour and then test the ph.If the ph is low I add lime from 1-3 tablespoons per gallon depending on how low the reading is.

Here is a leaf I just clipped off. Others are starting to get this way. They are getting ready to flower so its stressing me out lol.
