hey brotha, sorry it took me so long too respond.. I took a nap with my kids when they got home from school.. gotta enjoy em while they're young, lol.. I've watched like 5 episodes of "Transformers: Rescue Bots" today.. lol.
Okay, so Bluelab is truncheon.. 0.8EC is 580PPM.
You're watering every other day @ 580PPM.. which isn't that bad just because of the fact perlite has no salt retention properties at all... but.. the roots aren't going to do too well like that man.
I'd kick it up past that even if your plants aren't showing signs of stress.. BUT I'd dial back how often I watered.. in week 6 I wouldn't water but every 3 days. Even now, in week 3 on two girls in veg, I'm only watering every 3-4 days.. You gotta let the roots breathe and eat man, if you feed 'em constantly like that they're actually going to take up less nutrients. With different media you'd worry about salt build up and nutrient retention in the res.. but with perlite being your primary form of media, that's not an issue.
I also use 75%/25%.. so that may give me a little more leeway than you, but every other day watering.. just check your pots man, make sure they're light.. you want hempy to absorb as much as it can between waterings or you're doing yourself a disservice.
So to sum it up, your feed strength is fine, maybe even a little weak (I'm feeding @ 750PPM right now @ Week 3, with no flush in the week yet) but I'm only watering 2-3 times a total per week. Check your pots, don't water to run off - work on dialing it in, ya dig? It's convenient to water to run off, but at the very least make sure the medium is dry. You can do the knuckle test in hempy as well. (Dip your finger in the edge of the pot and push down just past the second joint on your finger.. is it moist?) My conditions are: 78-83F, <20% RH.. what're yours?
Sorry it took so long brotha, no questions are dumb homey.. c'mon now!
