I would just tier transplant them now.

What does that involve Kush ?
Tier transplanting usually involves removing the bottom of the container they are in and putting that whole container semi submerged into their new pot to allow the roots to just grow out of their current pot and into the new one, adding that much more depth to the root system. IIRC.

for me, fem auto's always straight in final pot.
Your way better with Auto regs, like that you remove males easily and no strees.
Cz stress= low yield...
I would go for transplant cz when tap root hit bottom, Khallas!
