Can anyone suggest a good carbon filter and fan. The city that i live in is struggling with the electric company right now. We're experiencing wicked price hikes everywhere so i need something that wont draw too much power but will work for 2-3 plants in a tent. Im talking 2-300$ electric bills for regular usage...
