I would love to know what you decide to do as my set up is almost EXACTLY like yours..I have a closet with no doors with the blackout sheet too(Luckily I have my scrubber in mail) I am currently using the ONA gel and the Citrus stuff thats just like it..i will say it does eliminate the smell of my 6 plants..does it eliminate all the smell? NO..anyways let me know what you do to replace sheet I was thinking like a plastic tent material with a zipper for access..I dont know:no:

I had a similar idea about a zippered tent like door, sounds like a pain in the ass though, I might just have to buy a tent as soon as I can.
yeah I check on my babies like 3 times a day so im still trying to figure out ways to make a sealed grow environment with easy access...good luck
Only short term and cheep as i do not know about durability, but if you have a standard size door you might be able to use polystyrene insulation material. a 3/4 " thick 4'x8' sheet is about $8 and prob strong enough. One side is foil lined and could face inward. Outside could be covered with anything. You could cut it to fit the door frame and attach with velcro or magnets. Any handle would have to be careful not to cause damage with repeated use. It would also be simple to cut inlet/outlet at top and bottom for vent openings.?? Remember I said temporary and cheap.

Made it to harvest without purchasing a tent or carbon filter.
I didn't have to worry about my new downstairs neighbors as they smoke often.
The odor was never very strong outside the grow room, all I had to do was keep the landlord from wanting to come in.
I made it to 73 days from seed before he called me and said he wants to do a walk though before renewing my lease.
I about shed a tear for the Think Different which needed nearly a month more, but all the others were ready.
In the end, this was my first grow, I jumped into it all and bought what I could neglecting to control odor, which I won't think of trying again with out a proper tent and filter.
I got a qp from 8 autos in a space slightly smaller than 2'x2' and only with a 150watt HPS and a 100Watt 2' T-5 on the side, all of it more potent than anything off the street.
I'll be posting some strain reviews shortly.
