Lighting CFL OR T5 for Veg

hello everyone was hopping i can get some help on deciding on which light set up to use to veg 3 or 4 plants any recommendations would be greatly appreciated I'm wanting to get the t5 2ft 4 bulb one or cfl with a hood 200 watt bulb maybe what yall think ?or definitely look into any recommendations Thanks for your input in advance

You might want to get the four foot t5,it will cover four plants nicely,where as the two footer is going to be a little small.
