Lighting cheap Chinese lights work fine

Yup, that's about what I used my first led grow. 2 x Mars300 (135w each) picked a pair off eBay for $120 total. In a .8x.8m tent also. You could add another light in there on the high side. I ended up using ~450w at the wall of cheap leds in that sized tent to fill it up.

Should be ~75 cents/day at US average for ~350w total at 18/6, definitely pretty cheap to grow your own pot. :D. At $1/day, $90 for a 3 month grow, maybe $100 in seed and supplies, I'd expect a minimum yield of 4-5OZ, pays for itself on the first grow. :D

Things look like they are going well for you and you will find several growers on this site using cheap lights to grow good weed. If you control your ph and feed good nutes and provide the right conditions most leds can grow good weed. The best led can't overcome poor growing. Good luck and good grow karma.

I use 2 x marshydro 300w led in a 80 x 80 x 160cm tent and, so far, I'm pleased with the result. Your plants look healthy

don't buy all the hype:nono:i get my panel's at auction on fleabay. I understand the info that they give, and I am selective of what I bid on, but I have some excellent panels that cost 50 or 60 bucks and do a fine job. are they as good as grow northern, amare, ,kind, or any other high priced panel? no ! but the difference is marginal at best. :cheers:and today is one thing tomorrow another, the NEW gimmick is a day away:biggrin:

Well marginal is a little off. Near to over double the light when you're comparing high end 50-55% wall efficiency to generic 25-30% epi panels. But none of the lights listed hit this anyway, Amare may be 46~47%.

But marginal is correct for the electrical savings for most when upgrading. (1000w only costs $65/month at 18/6, $.12/kwh) Definitely agreed about tomorrow, the technology is just getting cheaper and cheaper, most people upgrading now aren't gonna see those savings for a couple years unless you live in an area with higher electrical costs.
