DIY CHEAP DIY microcontroller (arduino) grow room environment controller

Don't know if this will help in this environment but...

Try isolating the brain from the relay/mosfet/etc with a quad-bilateral switch (non-inverting)and wire the output with light-duty fusible link or just a regular low amp fuse. That'll give you 4 switch channels each to play with and a little over-current protection. I build digital switch networks for my guitar stuff (foot board). Still trying to learn midi-based automation.

Thanx Tx dude
I´ll have a look at it
:tiphat:

While high as a kite yesterday evening. I finished the final breadboard.
So this will prop. be finished on sunday. if i don`t run into any fuck ups.

Backup backup Lol, anyways
all is working,, just need a nice box to put it in,, leave it at friends place,,, so it can be tested, before going all out,,
In that time im going back to my ph controller,, new ph shield is in the mail,, so cant be that long to get that up an running either,
:-)

Are we getting a update after the holidays ?

:smoke:
HMM, Yep if any
Pretty lazy atm.
Let´s set a date, then i need to finish this project LOL

A little update of what`s cooking in my arduino world

The Automatic watering for soil Ain´t finished tomorrow,,,Electronic pusher is closed and i need some wires...
Small update tomorrow..

In the mean time..
dormant labs ph module v2.. Is up and running,, Basically it works out of the box,So i have ordered a second one..

Wifi shield is up and running.. (ditching the lcd display and switches).Atm stand alone unit..
So this i basically what my setup have to do.. Atm its still with lcd display,,(for testing)
PH down,,(I do not use, ph up in my setup)
fan speed (pvm) for led panels (depends of heat issues) Making 5 new 27w panels..
Also controlling 2 oscillating fan.( alittle over kill) i already have a fan speed controller :smoke:
Watering cycle, for my top feed hydro,,,On/of timer and amount of water..( i have 2 stand alone units already)
Monitoring temp/rh (have a stand alone unit)

I need to make a new hydroponic setup,, Res.. needs to have a constant waterlevel.. so the ph probe can be installed..
Easy fix with a controller unit, Floatvalve e.t.c..
And in the long run installing a Ec probe, for adding nutes to the res.

Things are slowly going in the right direction.
