Getting that kind of hernia fixed is no walk in the park, either. You're in my thoughts... been there.

I'm just going to the doctors to make sure it is not cancer seeing as yesterday marks a year that my brother died from cancer I think a check up is in order. If it is hernia I'll just live with it as long as it isn't life threatening. I've been smoking BHO out of an oil dome and it really helps with the pain. I don't take any kind of pills anymore so the oil really helps.

Thanks brother It is something that has been bothering me for a couple months now maybe longer it'll go away and come back and not that bad of a pain so you know I just didn't think about it, but the past week or so it has been getting worse so I'll go get it checked out. From what I've read and what people have told me it sounds like it is But I'm no doctor that's not in my credentials LOL.

Just a tip from someone who has lived with a torn muscle down there which I cant spell to save my life. Wear athletic supporters when ever it is acting up bro! I took what I thought was a last step off a ladder with a 50lb box in my hands and there was 3 more left! But definitely go get it checked out my friend!

Well I went to the doctors yesterday I do have hernia it's not bad yet. I'm not sure what Actions I want to take at the moment, I will be taking it easy no more labor of any type for a little while that's for sure. Just figured I would let everybody know what's up.
