Don't know if it's good for your plants, I'd be interested to know as well, it does have some calcium but doesn't seem like much. For humans, I've heard it's a good source of electrolytes and some people use it as a healthier alternative to Powerade and Gatorade.

Yea man i was all over the place with my first grow.I was looking for a simple seedling mix,man it don,t get any easier than that.My soil has started to settle down. after cooking for several months I,m doing AxT on my next grow from the Vault.Didn,t you do a smoke report for auto triangle kush.Peace

honestly I dont know.LOL I cant remember what I did or didnt do man.im too focused on redoing my tent.well i re arranged it and planted a bunch more seeds and got some more soil to use now too.so gonna have a full tent this round lol
