Hi there

Since things are changing in USA and colorado voted to legalize pot use, i'd like to know if some one can put me in contact with some one in this state regarding future business.
I'm very interested to get back ti use now...

Thank u

Many things need to be worked out before anything happens in Colorado. The votes need to be finalized which will take a month. And because operating procedures will have to be written. The governing body of the state gives an estimate of 2014 before the law will take effect. The US Justice Department will still be in control and they don't have to stop busting people. The vote in Colorado does not trump the us government's laws. Keep you money in your pocket for now.

Yeah, I'd say about the best you could hope for is to have an arrest overturned in circuit court on the grounds of the state's law. The second the DEA or DOJ catches on to someone doing business in the state outside the notionally "approved" spectrum of medical use, your ass would be grass (no pun intended). Right now I'd say the passing of this law really only takes the heat off individual personal-use growers that fly below the radar 99% of the time anyway since local police won't prioritize enforcement anymore.

Edit: That being said, I'd rather go to Washington where there's a more robust outdoor season and a much lower population density...also "legal" there as of Tuesday.

What about Michigan we have medical marijuan and over 10000 card holders. I am one of them we can have an unlimited supply of seeds. Ive been wanting to start my own seed bank but with only being alowed 12 plants its hard to make seeds.

It will be closer to 6 mo to a year before anyone can actually go purchase in Colorado. Im a medical patient so I am hoping that the prices will come down for us as soon as the law takes effect.

Peace.

It will be interesting to see how they do it in CO and WA, being the first. I hope they create good, workable systems as they will become the model for other states who follow.
