Interesting stuff. I have aspirations to become a home owner around the start of 2015, renewable energy for the home is something i'm very interested in. We pay 28c per KWH as the base rate, and its a rising rate...after 300 or something it goes up to like 32 and so on...caps out at 40something. Really expensive power round here.
