COTC-CC Will fool ya!

WP_20140410_024.jpgWP_20140510_005.jpgYou are doing GREAT!!! your plants look awesome :Gary: I went through the same darn thing, even lost a week during the grow & had to add it on the end & thanks to Muddy ( he was super cool & patient with me, to be honest made me feel at home here. ) Anyway I was taken off guard with my COTC-CC grow, I would have sworn they were done with veg stage but after explaining to Muddy what they were doing I went back to the veg mix & dam am I glad I did! Those things took off & grew another 8 inches or so in no time & when they " Really " started to flower they developed into Super tight Big Friggin Buds & hard as a rock ( kinda like a hash ) The plants doubled in height by the time they were harvested & the yield was AWESOME!!! I found for me that the more I let the plant do " it's thing " & followed Muddies guide & it ALL WORKS OUT, Kinda cool ain't it? I will try to post a pic or 2 of the COTC-CC grow for you, Enjoy your grow above all else & have fun.

Quick update here is the babies 5 days from starting the transition to flower what use think also switch 1000 watt mh for the 100 watt hps

Looooooooooooking Gooooood!!!

They look great, just remember vertical growth will all but stop prior to Full Flowering stage ( that's where I screwed up ) Then with the flowering the plants will almost double in size. Be very mindful of the heat with the 1000w, I start at 18 inches to 2 feet, then go by the back of your hand cause if it will burn your hand it will burn the plants & also have lots of air circulation to keep things cool. Once you have those few things lined up, then sit back & watch them burst out with B U TEE FUL BUDS!!!! ENJOY your grow otherwise whats the point? Also the 2 pics I posted were from 17 days in & 55 days in, just to let you see from the beginning to almost harvest & what you will be seeing before long. Sorry I thought you were switching to the 1000w, its of course up to u, but I would stick to the 1000w myself! :Sharing One:

Yea there both 1000 watts just switched from mh to hps how long is the flowering phase usually take after u make the switch

You will be able to tell by looking at the plants there is no set timeline really. You'll notice they will stop vertical growth and they will start flowers instead. Then its time to start bloom nutes. Wait another week then start hitting them with the raw and hydroplex

Getgrowingson is right on!

I ditto what Getgrowingson posted, my only input would be that when I did my COTC-CC grow they fooled me! I would have sworn they stopped vertical growth, but instead they had a bit of a " slow down " for a week or so & then shot up another 8 inches or so in just a few days. I would not be in a hurry to change nuets until I was sure they had stopped, Getgrowingson is right cause the strain, growing conditions etc... effect flowering time. I still go by Muddies " When to Harvest Autos, your leaves will tell you " When the Fan leaves begin to turn yellow the plant is nearing it's life cycle end, wait a week & at that point begin your " Flush " & in appx. 2 weeks your grow should be ready for harvest !:pighug: Then you can love it & hug it & most of all ENJOY IT! Awesome job, I hope you get a Humungous Harvest.
