Thanks smokeyD! I moved it as far as possible. I'm starting to think its heat stress. A good lesson, always check your equipment even if it was working last season! As you can see from the pics the thing has turned into a monster bush so a higher light would probably help spread the light better too!!

you need at least 12 inches for an LED light to blend its spectrum make sure the pH is 5.9 no higher than 6.1 in my opinion personally if it is 300 watts or better I would have it at least eighteen inches away and depending on what kind of LED it may need to be 30 inches away like my black star Chrome temps need to stay 82 or lower in my opinion and you need to have good airflow it also could be a nitrogen toxicity I learned that one the other day on one of my ladies too much nitrogen made the leaves curl down and look like hooks and some of them just curled funny sideways and twisted personally I would flush and start overbut I am NOT an expert some of these other guys may know better
Thanks for the input meanmugz! I haven't seen many leaves "rams horning" but a few are. I have never seen a plant flower that didn't have them... Strange. Only a few mind you, not like a full blown over fertilization. I honestly think that dang heater not kicking off periodically was the problem but need some expert opinions. It would make sense since the bottom of the plant has other leaves to insulate and share hydration while the top is just hanging out in the open, literally dehydrating. I have put the light as far as I can away from the plant as well. Hopefully this will help spread the spectrum! Thanks again for your input!!

The way your leaves are curling up along the edges tells me it's heat related. I agree, raise your light up some. Also, it's hard to tell from your pictures but it doesn't look like you have your buckets insulated. I'd suggest getting some bubble type insulation, and wrapping them in it. Plants in hydro do better when the water temps are cooler.
