I ended up with a slight foot problem of my own today...my feet were a bit sore from playing some table tennis hard last night at our friends...turns out the foot that was more sore was not from the playing at all...somehow a small piece of metal wire worked its way into the heel of my foot.....it was nearly 1/2" long shard of steel embedded straight into the heel!!

i am diabetic so i have to concern myself with any bleeding i cant even cut mu own toe nails :biggrin:
