Sometimes images that are downloaded are too big and the system won't let you use it!
so find a picture you like and download to you documents the picture you want to use and then use a free online compression service like https://www.wecompress.com/en/
Or you can use "File minimizer" which is a free to use program, you can pay to use the advanced features but I have never found the need. I found this program very useful to compress images for websites where they have limited file sizes for upload. File Minimizer https://fileminimizer-pictures.en.softonic.com/
Using on of the above should fix your problem, I will still give you your 100 rep points seeing as you have had difficulties.
