Took awhile to get here, but I am finally feeling allright tonight. Greetings, my brothers and sisters.

Just got my semi-annual shit-ton of stuff I really don't need from Amazon. Will be sorting that for a few days. Did get some proofing baskets for sourdough, which was the impetus behind the original order.

Already have a starter that should be more than up for the task, so I will probably start one tomorrow. Looking forward to trying it!
