Once I've cut into it and tasted it proper, I'll let you know if it's worth the adjustment to the recipe..

Waiting for bread to cool is right up there with waiting for trichs to turn amber.

Nothing is stopping you from tearing into it now, but it's worth holding off...
i can never wait, as soon as i can, i slice!, big and buttery!
