has anyone grown this and what was your thoughts? How was the yield can o expect a good harvest with good conditions and optimal lighting?

Great smoke Always keep mine on the small side so can't really help you with the yield part but just have a look around the sweet seeds section as theres been plenty grown here

I just finished a Sweet Seeds dark devil auto and curing as we speak. Grew mine on 12/12 as I had a photo growing too. Dark Devil is a beautiful plant while growing and the deep purple color makes it kinda hard to read the trics so it may have gone a bit past my usual harvest point. It was my first to harvest after changing from hps to led so I have yet to check potency.
Dark Devil will definitely be on the "grow again" list just for the beauty. Yield was only about 10g.

My first grow was a Dark Devil. Its been in cure for around 3 months now and is a good tasting, effective smoke. She was a pretty easy grow and seemed to tolerate my noob mistakes without trouble. My only disappointment was that I didn't get a purple phenotype.....I got the green one which makes up 10% of the total plants. It did take 95 days to chop but the yield was slightly over 2 1/2 ozs. She also responded very well to LST.....good luck on your grow!
