Hey stickman! I saw your hoop grow a while back, loved it. I just tried looking for it, has the thread been deleted?

Yea, I had it deleted for personal reasons.

Thinking about grabbing some bluebonic X gg#3 and mob.

The (bluebonic X GG#3) x GGa) Fast Bionic Gorilla will be my main strain for this year, it is at least 2 weeks earlier than the bluebonic X gg#3. I am also going to grow just 1 (MOB x C99a) to see how it finishes out for me hear. Also going to grow some GG#2 and some HFH strains. According to a brother I know in England the HFH strains finish for out for him and others on that side of the pond, earlier than HRs gear for us Northern OD growers. Will find out this year,as I have several HFH strains to test this year.

Soil Mixed!

Adjusted the recipe from my first post

2 - 3.8 cu ft bags of promix hp with mycorrhizae
4 - 15kg bags of cow manure compost
8 cups of kelp powder
16 cups of glacial rock dust


Gonna let this mix set up nicely. Adding some earth worm castings shortly and 8 cups of dry organic slow release fertilizer

Starting inside around the beginning of May, pretty pumped!

25lb bag of compo
18Qt Bag perlite
3 cups of Blood and bone Meal
1.5 cups of powdered egg shells
1.5 Cups of Epsom salt
1/2 cup of sea weed kelp
1 cup of powdered baby cereal

Just thought id paste it one to give you ideas and it might help you, also might be of no use at all. I used this mix before to great success seems similar to yours.

Hey Brian, yup I saw FDs mix, this is kind of a combination of that and another mix my buddy used before , I'll be adding more compost for some plants that I'll have in smart pots and since half the plants will be in swampy areas I wanted a higher percentage of perlite to wick up moisture from below in a swamp bucket.

I'll be introducing powdered egg shells and banana peels next season as I don't have never enough this year. That baby formula and epsom salts ain't a bad idea.

I'll be feeding with wegener's liquid plant food when possible for an added boost here and there.

Althought I'm farther south than u can start right about now, but due to circumstances out of my control ill have to wait until at least the end of may to get mine in the ground. Hey eggman, wish you all the best this year too man. I'm new to growing so just going by all the info I've read the past few months. Is there a time constraint for your outdoor grow? I don't really have and particular strains in mind to advise you on, if you have time to let them go a little longer I'd try some super autos. Stickman above mentioned some that I'll look into.

Hey stickman, I'm going to order some straight Mob this week. I like the idea of Feminized seeds because I may not be able to access my guerilla plants very often. Maybe next year I'll try some fast bionic guerrilla, looking forward to your grow, all the best dude!

My only time issue is trying to harvest before the local ragweed busts open with all their pollen and a windy day fills my dank full of seeds ( with bad genetics ). That's why autos r so appealing to my situation, other wise I would try all auto, super auto and photo so I could harvest 3 times, nice and spread out. Thanks for ur thoughts.

I want to go ProMix but I just couldn't do $95 + to buy it online and have it shipped, and no one within 125 miles sells it. But this will work, and fits in with my KISS method of growing so we'll see how it works out for me.
And my growroom is now officially full! I'm starting 16 plants in pots to transplant outside next month. I'll be growing:

1 G13 Labs Gigabud - feminized
1 TH Seeds Critical Hog - feminized
1 Cali Connection Girl Scout Cookies ( i think their fems?? )

1 Emerald Triangle Lost Coast OG Kush - Feminized
1 Emerald Triangle Blueberry Headband -
1 Humboldt Seeds Green Crack - feminized

Wow pops you got a lot going on, I just stopped by your outdoor thread, looking real good.

The frost has let up so we dug 2 holes in the greenhouse about 2' X 2' each. The soil is already pretty great so once the roots surpass our mix they shouldn't complain.

Swamp buckets are also filled and I'll be using the left over for my veggy garden.

Here's a pic of my 2 mini AK autos at day 42 beside my veggy bench. Might sneak an auto or two in the mix!
