Day 14 in the books.


I tried some Foliar feeding , plants did not like it at all and got a little tip burn. Not sure why used a very weak mix , good thing or it may have been over lol...... I only sprayed them twice, once I saw the reaction I went to water only and this seemed to stop the burnage.

Berry Bomb in the middle still the biggest plant, three on back left corner are the Autos. The White widow from Nirvana is the smallest of the bunch with the White Widow from seeds man like strait Indica. Both WW are completely have different growth patterns so far. OG Kush just chugging along.

Hopefully I will be able to get them out side by April 1, if not may have to move to a 2 liter container. The roots are growing fast.

looking good, strange about the foilar feeding especially with a weak mix, you didnt do it while the lights were on did you?

yea lights are always on

beads of water act like magnifying glasses and can burn/damage the plant under hid lamps. usually recommended just before lights out.
also i was told to use 1/4 strength but i had sick plants so not sure if thats the norm or not.

Sorry to hijack thread, just wanted to say thanks to StormsEnigma and Bgrt for highlighting the foliar feeding issue, i had no idea and been spraying plants throughout lights on, another lesson learned thanks guys! @ peacebrother you're plants are looking lush for 14 days old looks like you're in for a good run!

if youre using 24/0 you can probably just put in a household cfl or incandescent light and have your main lights go off while it soaks in.

Day 15 the Himalaya Blue Diesel is showing pistol on third set of leaves inter node. (my first auto) wow that was quick.

For the foliage feeding I take my light higher up a couple of feet and when the leafs are dry just take back to the level that they ware before. Once I had a static lamp that I could not move and I fed them under the light, and there were no burn so I guess it depends of the light intensity and how wet you get those plants..

got full sun today and more tomorrow, hope it stays warm I have one thats been in soil for a week and still working. May go to woods soon, but I will need more seeds soon just in case.
