db003's - Mars II led - autoflowers in super soil a mix - closet grow ver 2.0

Hello everyone I'm db003 and I am starting a new grow this will be my all super soil grow I made this super soil myself this time I will be growing some more autoflowers I chose 6 strains in total and 2 from each breeder lets see I got

mephisto genetics

1x The white train auto
1x Sour Bubbly auto

critical mass collective

1x purple skunk-mass auto
1x Anonymass auto

fast buds seeds

1x green crack auto
1x Gorilla Glue Auto

so far all have been planted except the mephisto genetics seeds one of the seeds tap root is still to small and one has not cracked yet so I just have to wait

here is a list of what I used in my super soil mix

batch was made with

15 lbs. of organic worm castings
1.25 lbs. Bat Guano--------------------- (0-7-0)
1.25 lbs. Bone Meal-------------------- (3-16-0)
1.25 lbs. Blood Meal--------------------(12-0-0)
3 tbsp. Epsom Salt
1.5 tsp. Powdered Humic Acid
1/2 cups-kelp powder
1.5 cups Alfalfa Meal
1.5 cups Oyster Shell Flour
1.5 cups kelp meal
1.5 cups-Azomite
1/2 cup Mycorrhizal Fungi
1 cup Potash

this was mixed with 2 1.5 cubic feet bags of Dr. earth pot of gold all purpose potting soil and was hand mixed by me and a friend in a 55 gallon tote that I got from home depot once it was well mixed I added 1 and a half gallons of water and mixed it up some more and put on my porch to chill until its ready

after I added the super soil to the pots I added a little bit of sanctuary soil empire builder mixed with perlite and mixed it up a bit with the super soil as a buffer layer and then added the rest of the sanctuary soil empire builder mixed with perlite

I soaked the pots with water before I planted the seeds I used plain tap water that I let sit out for a few days I ph. the water to 6.3 with citric acid crystals that's what I will be using instead of hydroponics ph. down its less harmful to the microbes

after I soaked the pots I added some roots great white mycorrhizae to the hole before I planted the seeds in each pot

Is it in Veg or Flower stage? in veg

If in Veg... For how long? just planted today 5/14/2017

Indoor or outdoor? indoor closet 2.5 feet wide X 6 feet long X 9 feet high

Soil or Hydro? super soil

what is in your mix? super soil on the bottom half of the pot empire builder mixed with perlite on the top half

What size pot? 3 gallon fabric pots but I think there oversized so more like 4 gallon

Size of light? mars II 700 led grow light + mars II 400 + mars II 700 so 3 in total

Temp of Room/cab? highs are 86F and lows are 66f

RH of Room/cab highs are 56% and lows are 36%

Any Pests ? not yet

ventilation ? I power 4 inch inline fan with 4 inch carbon filter but I took it off so I could get better temps and a wall mounted hurricane oscillating fan and a 4 inch duct booster fan to bring air in

How often are you watering? every few days when they get bigger right now just keeping the soil moist until they get bigger

so far I have planted 4 seeds today I still have 2 more that are germinating that I need to plant I am still not sure if I want to grow 8 or 6 plants in this grow but I want to shot for 8 if I can

so for right now I only have one of the mars II 700's on over the seedling once the get a bit bigger I will turn on the rest of the led's

I planted another seed today it was the Sour Bubbly auto from mephisto genetics The white train auto still has not popped and I dont think it will so I said what the hell and started a new seed the seed I started is

advanced seeds

1x Blue Diesel auto feminized

I just put the seed in water to soak until the morning about 12 to 16 hours but no more the 24 hours that's when I will move it to a moist paper towel and put it in a zip lock baggie till it sprouts a nice tail

none of the seeds have broke ground yet but I think some of them will tomorrow once a seed breaks ground I count that as day one from sprout that's how I do it at least

I also turned on one of the other led's I turned on the mars II 400 in the center

hello everyone I just gave these seedlings there first watering I gave them plain water ph. to 6.7 with citric acid crystals

the first 4 seedlings that were plants have sprouted so I will call this day [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] from sprout for them

one of them still needs to break ground

I also put the replacement seed that I was soaking in a moist paper towel to finish germinating even after soaking the shell did not crack so I applied a bit of pressure to the seed just to crack the shell a bit to get moister in I hope it works if not its cool I have a ton of seeds I can germinate

still not sure if I will be adding another 2 plants to this grow I looks like I have the space so why waste it

the fifth seed I planted has sprouted it was the sour bubbly auto so that would make it day [HASHTAG]#3[/HASHTAG] from sprout for the first 4 plants and day [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] for the fifth plant

more good news the seed I was germinating was ready to planted the bad part for me is that I am sick as a dog with a mean summer cold and I hate getting sick but it had to be done so I got it over with but I feel like crap even more now

so I finally got all six seeds planted for this grow so far I have only done 4 plants in the closet grow space before but I am sure the way I have it set up now its going to be great I was thinking of doing 8 plants in the closet but am going to stick with 6 plants so I wont get to crowded

right now I only have 2 of the 3 lights on in my closet grow I have one of the mars II 700's on and the mars 400 in the center on I will leave the last mars II 700 off until they get bigger

well it seams like everyday there is bad news in this grow so far the sour bubbly seed has died it was partly my fault the seed had a hard time coming out of the shell so I tried to help it and was a bit to heavy handed and snapped the tap root but its all good

I just started germinating another seed to replace the sour bubbly that died its another mephisto genetics seed its a chem city blues lets hope this one does better

seedlings are looking good so far the blue diesel has sprouted ok and I just planted the chem city blues seed

ok so that would make this day [HASHTAG]#7[/HASHTAG] and day [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] and the last seedling is still waiting to break ground

man so far I have had one seed never germinant and had to be replaced and one seedling die and had to be replaced but its all good that just a part of growing shit can and will happen lol

holy fast buds batman look what I got in the mail! I just received the rest of the strains that I won from the fast buds mega film contest that I took part of and won third place with a fast buds girl scout cookies auto plant that I grew at the end of 2016.

I would like to thank fast buds for holding such a awesome contest and to everyone that took apart of the contest there were 32 growers in total all battling it out to fight for the top 3 spots to claim title of champion and I managed to grow my way to the top and take third place in the contest

it took a while to get my prizes but since it was a lot of stuff I can understand and I am cool with that but it was well worth the wait I now own a 3x pack of every strain fast buds makes all 19 strains and lets not forget the very cool fast buds merch I got as well

I already have a few of the strains growing right now in one of my grows I cant wait to try them all

I cant believe it the chem city blues seed I plant died! man this sucks that's the 3 seed to die on me just in this grow fuck and it sucks they were all from mephisto I think my seeds are getting old

fuck it I just put another seed to geminate its the last white train seed I have so I hope it works this time
