They have had no choice ever since the FDA approved a corporate app on it.

Patents have been flying out the door ever since.

They are in a catch 22 until they do and they know it.

Sooner the better.... but have no doubt, it will be as fucked up as anything they get their fingers in unfortunately.

Just watched LIVE Hearing and to sum it up:

Been working on this for 40 Years and I don’t see any reason why we can’t just get this done - Remove from the Schedule and basically let the States decide their own course.



While not word for word but in watching there was little opposition and when there was opposition it was quickly squashed.

Very Positive Outcome ..... We are a day closer to legalizing or at least removing from or lowering on the Schedule.

Seems the biggest hurdle will be how we do it but Chairman wants it removed.
