If I have I'm not settled on the answer. What temp and duration do we want to run to get conversion from acid form? Also consider that it's not crucial to get that peak conversion point on the decarb scale and that since the particular material I have now is, allegedly, 1:1 ration with thc it would be counterproductive to bake it so much in an effort to max out cbd while nuking the thc.

How did this get so technical? Was always so much easier to load a bowl...

122c for 27 mins if i remember off the top of my head.i just followed @pop22 advice.
:pighug:

for best CBD level decarb at 265F for 60 minutes. You lose some THC as it will turn to CBN

And I discovered my statement is wrong, apparently, THC does not convert to CBN at any significant rate. Longer exposure to heat does slowly destroy THC, but the amount lost in 60 minutes is actually quite small, according to data collected by Cat Scientific

That's the trick, decarbing long enough to get cbd without degrading the rest. FWIW CBD Crew advises 250*f for one hour.

So you can get CBD from high THC strain and thus destroy THC? How?

I personally don't decarb, since every way that I process already has heat as a component. The only reason I could see to decarb is if you were making raw leaf and Coconut oil combos for Coco caps.
