Yeah I wouldn't use it bro, inside or out, if that's the RH in your drying area.
Its a good ambient RH to have, of course when you put your weed in there it will go up.
Then its a matter of waiting the number of days to RH, ie if 70% rh = 7 days + 1 for luck, if 60 = 6 days +1 etc.. but your temps will also affect that, above 75F and it can dry quicker, below 65F longer. Its all about the Temps and RH in your area, tent and outside.
that's how I do it anyway. brown bags and extraction & oscillating fan still blowing at the bags in a hanging basket,,my ambient rh is 60%, Temps 70F, and always takes 7 days before I can start the curing process. My green is normally about 60% by that stage, I then seal them up in tuppperware boxes, still in brown bags,,,then i put one of those mini RH meters in, and check every now and then,
IF RH goes up above 70% then I bung in a bag again, all in same bag, and pop it back in me drying tent until the RH goes back down.
Then back in boxes, after a good shake etc..
And repeat the process until the RH doesn't get any higher then 60%,,,,if 60% I leave lid on and only open the lid to burp occasionally.
Its a good idea but I would of thought it might lower the RH and your buds 'might' dry out quicker.
Never known anyone who has tried that tho, so would be interesting to see if others have tried the same with good success.
