
... sorry to see the troubles Mesa',... it's hard to say what caused it, as several things can factor in besides "iffy" genetics,.... As a group, fem'ed seeds do have a higher % chance of showing intersex expression,... true male flowers are one thing (worst case scenario), nanners are another,... true fully developed male flowers usually show at the node junctions as pictured above,.. nanners show only in the bud proper, and don't seem to have the full flower petals/sepals,... they tend to be less pollen-loaded and have less impact... they can be sneaky too, hard to spot! My two sativa-dom's last season both had a few seeds in them, no telling who knocked up who,... but it's actually not uncommon for nanners to show, even quality stable plants may do this as a last ditch effort to reproduce, usually showing pretty late in bloom,... some strains definitely have greater tendency to do this, and any number of stress factors can kick-off or magnify the problem,....
