Did I stunt them?

I would let them go for atleast a day or two. Let the coco dry out until the top layer gets dry Sometimes you gotta stick your fingers in and get dirty to dee how wet your coco is. I would not use a dome personally because you can have them dampen off. 70 RH is plenty enough i would not risk it.

Also how big are your pots?
Will do. In four days I can turn on the auto pot and hope for explosive growth. The yellowing has gone away. One plant showing new growth.

Aren't you supposed to wait until they have a few nodes before you turn on Autopots? Those are still seedlings. I would wait until they are in veg. Good luck with it. That's good that you see new growth. When you are in 3 or 5 gallon pots it's going to take a little bit before the roots fill up that pot. First all the action is down below. Then once the roots touch the bottom you will see alot more action on top.

I heard the starting from seed the roots take longer to get to the bottom. Auto pot says wait 10-14 days before turning it on. The obvious question is how will I know when they get to the bottom? Do I lift the pot and look for roots?
The gorilla glue ( seedfair )stood up and leafs say it’s happy the gorilla cookies ( fast buds 42 ) has the new growth and is looking nice and green after a little nitrogen 😎
