I’m wondering if there’s a timer that can be wired to the dimmer (if your light has a dimmer) so that lights could be turned on low and brought up to full power over, say, 30 minutes; and the reverse at the end of the day cycle? I’m wondering because there’s some speculation and science that simulating more natural lighting scenarios produces better plants. I know I can get other lights, like Emerson effect lights, and schedule a separate timer to turn them on a bit before the main light. But I’m still curious about setting up my 3500k LED to simulate a sunrise/sunset.

Inventronics EUD series drivers are programmable with A PRG MUL2 that can control dimming with a computer and several other functions.
