Indoor DinaFem Seeds & Buddha Seeds - Variety Grow

Hi AFN Friends,



I'm well into the 5th Week with my current grow. This time around I'm using some of the 'freebies' from The Attitude. This time around I'm growing DinaFem Seeds (Original Amnesia Auto and Fruit Auto) and Buddha Seeds (Syrup and Purple Kush Auto). I've started all of them except the PK. I'll be starting that on its own cycle in about 2 weeks. I'm using the same set up as usual.

• 400w running 20/4
• FoxFarm Happy Frog and Ocean Forest (50/50 mix)
• FoxFarm Grow Big, Big Bloom, Tiger Bloom, Beastie Blooms, Cha Ching, Kangaroots, Microbe Brew and Sledgehammer
• Botanicare Sweet
• Sucanat (Organic Cane Sugar)
• Plant Success

So far it seems as though I'm going to have another monster on my hands! The DinaFem 'Fruit Auto' is already at 3' tall, similar to the Purple Cheese. At 1 week behind the Original Amnesia the Fruit Auto is towering over the rest of the grow. The 'Syrup' is still in its earlier stages. Up until now the feeding schedule has been as follows:

• Week 1 - Week 2: Straight h2O
• Week 3 - Week 5: Fox Farm (Grow Big, Kangaroots, Microbe Brew), Sucanat, Botanicare Sweet

I alternate between pure h2O and nutes every other day.

That about brings us up to date on my current grow. I'll be posting more pics in a couple of days. The Fruit Auto has grown much larger since these pics were taken. was this your august promo from attitude? (got the same seeds lol)

looking forward to seeing how tall the amnesia get (currently jsut started mine)

how tall is she at the moment?
- have you added anything to your OF/HF? (had to add dolomite lime for my first grow -- ph issues)

how much does chaching/beastie bloom effect the plant?
- is it worth it to add? (im just using the trio base)

will be keepin my eye in the progress.

Actually #herbal.experience, I believe this was from the August promo! The OA has actually topped off around 30 inches tall but, the Fruit Auto is upwards around 40 inches tall!! So far, I haven't had to do any soil adjustments since I started doing a mix of the 2. I used to use just OF and that was running too hot on the seedlings. The HF seems to balance out those issues. The only thing I add directly into the soil is Plant Success but, thats just for additional beneficial fungi. I heard adding light warrior works quite well as an additive to the soil mix. I do notice some difference when I use the granual trio. I actually skipped the 'pen Sesame' this time timeand there aren't quite as many bud sites. But, I do see larger bud sizes and heavier resin production when using Beatie Blooms and Cha Ching. I hope this helps!!

I grew some 'Syrup' out once before and loved it!! This time around I'm holding off on Bloom Nutes until after Week 5, I figured I should get a better result if I do! I'm always running all of my grows on a 400w mh/hps HydroFarm Ballast with a Hortilux Super HPS.

My dinafem freebie critical jack has seriously impressed me...even bigger than my cream caramels that didnt stunt. Cant wait till i can taste her. May even grow these again after my think different...day 1 of my think different and im already thinking about my next grow lol.

sounds like you got a good batch of HF/OF combo lol. -- good to heAr.

i know a couple of growers on here using LW for starters as well -- good things and way easier on seedlings.

i heard "sesame" < is like promoting bud sites? or early flower?

ill be looking into adding the next trio and such on the 3rd grow or so.
- if not then ill be most likely trying out some new nutes.

Grow Update - Week 6

Good Evening AFN Friends,

I thought I should throw some pics up of whats been happening with the grow this week. First of all my oldest girl is now my smallest. The 'Fruit Auto' and Buddha 'Syrup' are towering over the 'Original Amnesia Auto'. The 'Fruit Auto' is pusing the 4' mark and the 'Syrup' is coming up right behind her! I hope EVERYONE has a very Happy, Healthy and Green New Year!! I look forward to talking with all of you very soon!!
