I agree with the suggestions mentioned above - first off, change to the weight method to see how dry/wet the pot is - after a good watering, pick it up and see how heavy it is - do the same when drooping, pick it up and check the weight - I have a theory regarding your drooping and it's related to watering.
The breeze is great and since there's no signs of the leaves forming canoe shapes, it's not the plant perspiring.
I believe the drooping is caused because while the pot isn't completely dry the roots are not reaching the wet soil. Autos are very finicky in their root systems (in my experience) typically when a plant is as small as the ones you are showing their root systems are not very expansive - so they may only reach into 2/3 of the pot for water, meaning even though the bottom portion is wet and still creating weight in the medium, the roots aren't taking up any water. Often leaving them for a bit longer can force the roots to search, but my experience with autos - this doesn't happen very often. In my experience, typically between 30-45 days of an AutoFlower the plant would have reached it's maximum root potential and focus it's effort on budding. Do you see roots at the bottom of the pot or coming out of the pot at all?
Mixing light mix in the pots is great as well and when I did soil I mixed
OF and
LW 1/3 2/3 juts to get the plants to their third set of leaves before adding to the water.
Mixing also reduces the amount of feed in the pots, i.e: 4 weeks of nutrients in AllMix becomes reduced depending on the amount of light mix, i.e: 3/4 AllMix 1/4 LightMix = 22 days of nutrient rich soil.
With a 600W HPS the soil should be drying out rather fast - so my last question is, what're your temps?
