DIY DIY wing reflector

Hello everybody.
I would like to make a wing reflector for my 250w HPS. I have a friend who works at a metal-working shop and he could help me do it, but he needs some dimensions, angles, heights. :Stones slap:

I stressed my friend google for some answers but i couldn't find any. I am hopeing that someone here has one and would help me. :tiphat:

I have a 250 hps, the reflector as a flat sheet is 470mm X 485mm and curved its 135mm high X 485mm wide X 360mm deep (front to back)
