What is that? Have not seen such creature in my life.

Remember two big frogs and a salamander in my grow, but that was years ago. They had found their way to moist environment through cellar window. Did not make any harm to the plants, but made me shocked when I was watering plants and saw some eyes staring at me from behind the pot.

But this creature looks more like from cartoon. Do they eat plant? Buds?

Yep, it is a ravenous catepillar. Some type of moth I would guess.
It would eat a cannabis plant in no time.

It looks similar (like, I'd ever get that close to one...lol) to a Tomato Horn Worm. We have a bunch of those in my parts, and they can ruin a plant in under 4 hours when they're randy. I used a coffee can with an inch of beer in the bottom, and they always end up drunk..and dead...

I chased one yesterday, came in attracted by light in the evening and flew around like mad. I switched off the light for a minute and it leaved peacefully the same way it entered.

But I hope they propagate somewhere else because I do not want to see such cartoon creatures here around.

I get those huge ass green caterpillars on my tomatoes and peppers, and yes they can totally clean off a full grown plant of it's leaves in a day. Short enough time that ya can completely miss it till it's too late and on to another plant
