Yeah cats are only good at landing on all fours'. Who's to say that surface isn't a 45 degree angle on a plant lol. Could try moving the plants one by one out of the tent and see if that stirs the pest up and heads for a corner. Unless your hands are as sober shakey as mine and a cat would be less damage..
