Happy weekend everybody!

Wanted to bring this quick question to this forum.
-Do you meditate?
I can say for myself that the most beautiful moments in my life were under the spell of meditation..
I am devoted to meditation since the age of 16 and I believe its the way to unfold our true potential.
Remember scientists saying we use like 3% of our brain?
I think this is the way to develop further.

So, do you meditate? :)

Sometimes... I can say for myself some of the most beautiful moments have to be on shrooms... watching sunsets! if you have never done it.. put it on ur bucket list!

i have never done either and i can use them both right now:stylez rasta smoke:......

Hello,
I used to meditate quite a lot in my early 20s and I'm very happy for that. Had some emotional issues and meditation gave me a whole another perspective on everything related to my feelings and the whole perception of life.
It was a very important part of what I later became, I remember reading lots of books with buddhist topics, meditate a lot and it changes you for the better.

Now I don't meditate like I used to, because I figured out one doesn't necessarily need the standard meditation to be mindful, so I adapted it into a very useful meditation on-the-go method.
No need to sit quietly(ok, sometimes there is), just paying attention on every thought and action happening right now while I function.

It all makes sense:)

Hey! Meditation is more of a state of-mind, or no-mind :)
And it is important to meditate on the go as you do. I do it as well.
This 10 min or a hour in the morning should continue trough the day. Observe and witness yourself, behaving around others, eating
taking a bath and so on.
If you ever took LSD, shrooms or even smoke cannabis, without being aware of it, one enters an alternate state of mind, and meditation lies in a similar inner atmosphere.

Meditating while on drugs gave me so much insights about life, and it is very interesting.
